Orbital Properties is a boutique advisory. Our founder has spent a career in the places where regulated assets are negotiated — commercial real estate, minerals, aerospace and international law — and built the firm to bring that discipline to space.
He is a licensed Colorado attorney and real estate broker, a founder of Benitez Attorneys and Benitez Investments, LLC, and a member of the Colorado Space Coalition and the Colorado Space Business Roundtable.
