Electrical Engineer
You will be the electrical judgement on our advisory engagements: reviewing spacecraft power and payload architectures for owners, operators and investors who are buying, leasing, financing or restructuring space assets.

- Review satellite bus and payload electrical designs, power budgets and RF chains for clients evaluating an asset.
- Model end-of-life power margins, eclipse performance and payload duty cycles, and say plainly what the numbers mean for the economics.
- Carry technical due diligence on acquisitions, leases and exchanges, alongside counsel and the client’s financial advisers.
- Translate findings into briefings that a board, a lender or a regulator can act on.
What you bring
- A degree in electrical engineering; power or RF specialisation preferred.
- Five or more years with spacecraft, payloads or the ground segment that supports them.
- Working command of link budgets, power system sizing and payload integration.
- Familiarity with ITU filing constraints and spectrum coordination is a strong advantage.
- Clear, unhurried writing. Our work is read by lawyers and investors, not only engineers.
